Villa Renovation Project for New Tenant

DST was engaged by a property owner to carry out a comprehensive renovation of a villa in preparation for a new tenant. The villa, which had been occupied for over three years and was recently vacated, required significant restoration to meet modern living standards.

Working within a set budget provided by the client, DST prioritized key upgrades to maximize value and appeal. Renovation included updating the lighting, flooring, and kitchen features, such as the countertop, overhead cabinets, soft-closing drawers, and integrated fridge doors. Every interior door was carefully repainted or re-stained to restore its charm, while a brand-new main entrance door was installed to create a warm and welcoming first impression.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) fixtures were fully upgraded, including new thermostats and plumbing accessories, all selected in a sleek matte black finish to create a striking contrast against the villa’s neutral wall colors. To further elevate the aesthetic, the stair wall was transformed into an accent feature, adding a stylish focal point at the main entrance.

This thoughtful renovation ensured the property was not only move-in ready but also visually appealing to prospective tenants.
